Contribute as a full-spectrum designer to every stage of the design lifecycle—from initial research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery, with a focus on user-centered solutions.
Create and refine high-fidelity prototypes with a strong focus on interface, interaction, and visual design, ensuring alignment with usability best practices and accessibility standards.
Support user research activities as needed—such as persona creation, journey mapping, or usability testing—to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
Contribute to maintaining and evolving a multi-channel, multi-theme design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across platforms and brands.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, and QA teams on the strategic roadmap and specific client projects.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles, backed by a degree in a design-related field, and a passion for technology and innovative design.
A user-centric mindset with a strong focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and meaningful experiences that meet user needs and business goals throughout the design process.
A solid foundation in research practices such as persona creation, journey mapping, and usability testing, with the willingness to adapt and grow research skills as needed.
Comfortable designing responsive interfaces across a broad range of platforms, including native and web, ensuring an optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Proven experience working with and contributing to design systems and pattern libraries, utilizing atomic design principles to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in design solutions.
Proficient in collaborating with engineers, QA teams, and senior management to translate technical requirements into cohesive and efficient design solutions.
