About the role
- Develop, refine, and maintain revenue forecasting models that project recurring, renewal, and usage-based revenue.
- Collaborate with RCM and Practice Management sales teams to understand pipeline dynamics, deal structures, and customer usage drivers.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps leadership to integrate forecasting models into EverHealth’s broader GTM and financial planning processes.
- Conduct variance analysis between forecasted and actual performance, identifying drivers and recommending adjustments.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track key revenue cycle KPIs (e.g., AR days, collection rates, denial rates, churn).
- Analyze billing, collections, and cash flow trends across RCM to inform forecasting assumptions.
- Provide insights into usage-based revenue forecasting, including predictive models linking product usage to revenue outcomes.
- Present clear, actionable insights to GTM leaders, Finance, and executives.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles with detailed analysis and scenario modeling.
- Continuously improve data quality, scalability, and automation of forecasting processes.
- Monitor industry trends and customer consumption patterns to refine models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Revenue Analysis, FP&A, RevOps, or Sales Ops within SaaS or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, claims, and collections processes.
- Proven experience building financial forecast models (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools).
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption revenue forecasting strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM and financial systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zuora, etc.); experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker) a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate data into stories for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
