Analyze and present business-related trends and results to identify opportunities for improvement/solutions.
Work with internal and external customers to drive results tied to defined distribution metrics and reporting requirements.
Lead/participate in various meetings on behalf of customer (ex. value analysis committee).
Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms.
Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of the overall pricing and inventory KPIs.
Support sales team by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking all savings and projects.
Ensure new pricing rules are reviewed and approved by respective sales teams.
Provide issue resolution in the following areas: inventory surplus, backorders, outstanding invoices.
Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales analysis and support OR High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience in sales analysis and support.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using SUM function, setting borders, inserting charts, etc.).
Willingness to travel for business related needs (i.e., training, accounts meetings, development, etc).
