Account Manager

• Strategic account development: For each of your clients you develop tailored growth plans. You build relationships, map their organizations, understand decision-making processes, and identify growth opportunities.
• Commercial responsibility: You take ownership of multiple enterprise accounts. You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, close expansion deals, and ensure that evenito becomes more valuable to your customers each year.
• Product expertise & consulting: You know our product in detail — and use that knowledge to advise your customers as a trusted partner. You understand their event processes, challenge workflows where necessary, and show them how to build smarter structures and optimize their organization with evenito.
• Usage & health monitoring: Together with our Solution Consultants, you analyze product usage and account health. You detect deviations early and ensure your accounts receive the expected — and additional — value.
• Voice of the customer & roadmap impact: You bring back what matters. From specific feature requests to wish lists: you collect and structure feedback and ensure the product team has the right context for roadmap planning. Your insights are based on real use cases — not assumptions.
• Internal coordination: You work closely with Product, Support, and Consulting to create a seamless customer experience. You escalate when necessary and make sure your accounts are always well taken care of.

Key Account Manager

Account Executive

• Lead identification & acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential new customers and build a qualified sales pipeline
• End-to-end sales: Independently manage the sales process — from initial outreach and solution presentation to proposal negotiation and contract signature
• Sales optimization: Analyze your sales activities and report results to continuously improve your sales strategy
• Strategic acquisition & market monitoring: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify profitable market segments
• Strategic use of tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) to identify and qualify high-potential accounts
• Identify and directly build relationships with C-level decision-makers in target organizations
• Participate in sales events for lead generation
• Responsible for data quality and strategic segmentation within our CRM system
• End-to-end sales & negotiation: Design and execute targeted outbound strategies across multiple channels (primarily via phone)
• Confident delivery of demos and sales meetings (online and on-site)
• Develop tailored solutions for prospective customers and lead contract negotiations through to successful closing
• Independently manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signature
• Sales performance & strategy optimization: Monitor and analyze your personal sales KPIs to achieve revenue targets
• Derive strategic recommendations from market feedback to continuously refine our sales story and selling approach
• Complete documentation of the sales cycle in the CRM to ensure transparent forecasting

Senior Account Executive

• As an Account Manager at evenito you are the strategic partner for our most important clients. You don’t just manage relationships — you actively shape them.
• You understand how our clients organize their events and translate these requirements into modular, scalable solutions within our platform.
• Supported by a Solution Consultant, you take overall responsibility for the success of your accounts: from onboarding to expansion.
• You don’t chase transactions — you build sustainable value, conversation by conversation.

Key Account Manager, 80-100%
