About the role

  • Proactively identify and approach prospective new customers and build a qualified sales pipeline
  • Independently manage the sales process — from initial outreach and solution presentation to proposal negotiation and contract signing
  • Analyze your sales activities and report results as a basis for the continuous optimization of your sales strategy
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify profitable market segments
  • Strategically use tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) to identify and qualify high-potential accounts
  • Identify and build direct relationships with C-level decision-makers in target organizations
  • Participate in sales events for lead generation
  • Responsible for data quality and strategic segmentation within our CRM system
  • Design and execute targeted outbound strategies across multiple channels (primarily by phone)
  • Confidently conduct demos and sales meetings (online and on-site)
  • Develop tailored solutions for prospective customers and lead contract negotiations through to successful closure
  • Monitor and analyze your personal sales KPIs to achieve revenue targets
  • Derive strategic recommendations from market feedback to continuously optimize our sales story and selling approaches
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation of the sales cycle in the CRM to guarantee transparent forecasting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong negotiation skills and a confident, professional presence
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and resilient work style
  • Ability to work independently as well as closely collaborate within a team
  • Good technical understanding of software solutions
  • Fluent in Swiss German, Standard German, and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with CRM systems and modern sales tools
