About the role

- You understand how our clients organize their events and translate these requirements into modular, scalable solutions within our platform.
- Supported by a Solution Consultant, you take overall responsibility for the success of your accounts: from onboarding to expansion.
- You don’t chase transactions — you build sustainable value, conversation by conversation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management or strategic customer-facing roles
- Experience working with large enterprise clients and complex stakeholder structures
- A structured, methodical approach — you plan ahead, document clearly, and maintain control
- Ability to advise clients, challenge them constructively, and co-develop solutions
- Bonus: Experience in event management, MarTech, or modular SaaS platforms
- Bonus: Prior experience with the event tool evenito is a plus
- Native German; fluent English for internal and external communication; additional languages are a plus.
