Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our Transportation Management Solutions, including parcel optimization and truckload services, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Work closely with the outside sellers and operations teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report regularly on progress toward sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
