About the role
- Serve as the Implementation Manager leading implementation teams and performing project management for Euna’s Budget Enterprise SaaS solution.
- Provide public sector budget consulting and support to clients.
- Configure Euna Budget Enterprise based on client requirements and map fields to customer reports.
- Review customer reporting requirements, perform application testing, and provide client documentation.
- Read SQL, query databases, and understand stored procedures to support clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service from project kickoff to post-implementation support.
- Manage project plans, timelines, schedules, budgets, resources, and ensure milestones are met.
- Proactively communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with clients to identify areas for process improvement and recommend software solutions.
- Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and help drive client retention and growth.
- Provide post-implementation support via a ticket tracking system and create documentation for transition to support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in public sector budgeting at a city, county, state or similar or software implementation consulting.
- Familiarity with public sector budgeting, accounting or other public sector work experience.
- Ability to read SQL, query a database, and understand stored procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- CAPM or PMP is a plus.
- Experience with software implementation lifecycle methodologies (preferred).
- Experience working with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- ERP experience, either through implementation or use in the public sector.
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel for on-site visits (up to 2 per implementation, no more than 8 trips/year).
