About the role

  • Plan, organize, lead, and coordinate the day-to-day support for CPO Solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and meet Assurant revenue goals for clients.
  • Oversee the management of all aspects of existing client relationships to maintain or expand relationships.
  • Support Account Team in development of annual business plans and client business reviews to meet metrics and mutual revenue goals.
  • Assist business with Client RFP responses.
  • Define services to be performed as priced and contracted; select, prioritize, and coordinate client projects such as installs.
  • Monitor service performance and assure client commitments are satisfied.
  • Identify client billing opportunities and ensure clients are billed and fees collected for out-of-scope services.
  • Ensure clients operate within regulatory guidelines and Assurant policies; manage change requirements.
  • Prioritize resources/projects with Support Teams and deploy Support Team resources aligned with client projects.
  • Advocate, manage, and deploy initiatives at the client level to improve operating performance and identify strategic client-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the area(s) managed.
  • 2+ years of management experience (either direct management or managing cross-functional teams).
  • Independent Performer - has successfully demonstrated good business judgement in client and internal engagements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience in BI tools, Oracle, and other ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, concurrently.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • 5+ years experience working for a Tier 1 Mobile carrier (helpful)
