About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live.
  • Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces, branded webstores, and other key platforms.
  • Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, CMS and payment systems, working closely with technical teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
  • Maintain project plans, track milestones, flag risks early, and resolve blockers quickly.
  • Drive seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition of clients to the account management team post-launch.
  • Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
  • Conduct cost analyses, execute project reviews, and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years as a client-facing Project Manager managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
  • Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince).
  • Experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; relationship building.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and confidence with Project Plan tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations and a strong technical aptitude.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento or other eCommerce platforms (advantageous).
  • MSc or equivalent qualification.
