About the role
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live.
- Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces, branded webstores, and other key platforms.
- Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, CMS and payment systems, working closely with technical teams.
- Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Maintain project plans, track milestones, flag risks early, and resolve blockers quickly.
- Drive seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.
- Ensure smooth transition of clients to the account management team post-launch.
- Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
- Conduct cost analyses, execute project reviews, and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4 years as a client-facing Project Manager managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
- Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince).
- Experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; relationship building.
- Advanced MS Office skills and confidence with Project Plan tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations and a strong technical aptitude.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento or other eCommerce platforms (advantageous).
- MSc or equivalent qualification.
