About the role
- Lead and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
- Manage, coach, and develop Surgical Sales Representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Oversee regional operations including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, DSA, Customer Success, and HR
- Monitor performance through dashboards and reporting
- Support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
- Stay informed on industry trends to maintain competitiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- 5+ years in progressive sales roles and supervisory experience in medical device or healthcare industry.
