About the role

  • Coordinate and lead assigned project activities.
  • Implement projects considering scope, schedule, productivity, budget, contract, and change orders.
  • Manage subcontracting and material procurement.
  • Staff and oversee field and/or remote activities.
  • Maintain QA/QC, record keeping, photo records, reporting, data analysis (if applicable), and file maintenance.
  • Participate in and encourage SAFE observations.
  • Oversee health and safety, including safety equipment calibration logs/records.
  • Act as regulatory agency and client liaison.
  • Draft and submit contracts to clients and follow up on job execution.
  • Complete project/task and billing terms setup with accounting.
  • Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders and service orders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation: proposals, contracts, correspondence, change orders, and other requested documentation.
  • Coordinate site visits and conferences.
  • Schedule staff for projects, including temporary and inter-office personnel.
  • Maintain customer relations and answer client questions in a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or 2-4 years providing Project support or related services.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-orientation.
  • Ability to understand and solve the customer’s needs through appropriate solutions.
  • Professional presence to meet with clients in person and manage deals over the phone and email.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others and foster a team spirit with all levels of personnel.
  • Understanding and knowledge of project management.
  • Ability to resolve issues utilizing sound judgment and reasoning skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage a variety of responsibilities with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
