About the role

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth.
  • Identify and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients.
  • Provide regular forecasts of sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and generate new business leads.
  • Plan and execute regional travel to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.
  • Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of clients within the OTT/CTV space.

Requirements

  • Location Requirement - San Francisco & Sacramento
  • Established relationships with agencies and clients in your home market and/or dedicated region.
  • Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
  • Self-Motivated: A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
