About the role
- Ensure past due and collection metrics are achieved on a moderately complex portfolio of accounts
- Establish and maintain contact with customers concerning past due invoices and payment trends
- Resolve customer disputes and interact with teams for invoice copies, proof of delivery, and contract/PO issues
- Analyze account statements and payment trends
- Recommend credit terms and take action on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt
- Provide monthly cash receipt forecasts and various analysis
- Promote customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service or a Finance related role
- Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills (preferred)
- Finance, Customer Service, or Business experience (preferred)
- Negotiation and influencing skills (preferred)
- Working knowledge on SAP AR system (preferred)
- Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft products (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of credit risk management (preferred)
