About the role
- Handle high complexity orders and key customers
- Enter and handle customer orders via business systems accurately and timely
- Ensure timely and complete entry of multi-BU orders in ERP system
- Collaborate with technical support and outside sales to resolve customer problems
- Provide awareness and escalate customer complaints quickly; propose corrective actions
- Keep customers informed about order status and provide accurate answers to queries
- Provide constant status updates and inform about potential delays or issues
- Follow up on orders to ensure production, shipment and delivery
Requirements
- University degree
- Experience in the order management process or in a similar role, administrative or customer service.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage
- PC Skills: MS Office
