About the role

  • Support the delivery of major enhancements to key IT operations products, including the Management Approval System (MAS) and Board Paper Library (BoardLib), with integration into related systems.
  • Review and design business processes, elicit functional and non-functional requirements, and support quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop project requirements and supporting documents in Azure DevOps.
  • Work with the product owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Engage with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to align requirements and solutions.
  • Define and document business processes in consultation with users.
  • Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations.
  • Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Track and manage bug fixes and issue resolutions.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure product delivery meets expectations.
  • Work with QA teams to validate test scenarios and test cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis , including 5 years in a senior BA role .
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services .
  • At least 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes .
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications .
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing iterations, user stories, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Technology Stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
  • Experience with ITIL best practices, vendor management, and government procurement processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Advantage: Understanding of development processes in international organizations.
