About the role
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements
- Translate ideas into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Manage end-to-end project delivery: roadmaps, timelines, priorities, and risk tracking
- Facilitate workshops, standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the development team
- Ensure requirements are captured in tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Notion, and kept up to date
- Coordinate with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparency
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to scalable project frameworks
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in project management or business analysis in the software development industry
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies or application development
- Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading sprint cycles, retrospectives, and leveraging project management tools for metrics-driven project tracking
- Exceptional communication skills; strategic liaison between clients and developers
- Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, and headless CMS workflows (nice to have)
- Experience with eCommerce, marketing automation, or analytics integrations (nice to have)
- Background in UX or QA processes (nice to have)
