The Senior Business Analyst will support the development and enhancement of digital platforms and data portals.
Role involves requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, solution design, and quality assurance to ensure effective delivery of business and technical solutions.
Conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Document business processes and requirements in Azure DevOps with proper supporting artifacts.
Work with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Engage with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
Present and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT colleagues on system integration requirements.
Coordinate with the testing team and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor and manage bug fixes and issue resolution.
Define and validate acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, or financial services.
Minimum 7 years in designing and documenting business processes.
At least 5 years in quality assurance and IT application testing.
Exposure to account/sales management, government procurement, and contract lifecycle management.
Understanding of development processes in international or financial institutions (advantage).
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong Agile mindset and knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft technology stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI).
Knowledge of ITIL best practices and project/system development lifecycle.
