About the role
- Develop strong relationships with clients, evaluate strategies, and recommend profitability driving solutions
- Demonstrate the value of Equifax solutions and assets using client data to drive new programs/revenues
- Identify and design quantitative analyses to generate new sales opportunities and support sales initiatives
- Maintain understanding of economic environment, client business needs, and consumer lending market trends
- Act as a trusted analytical advisor and collaborate with sales and internal teams to optimize use of data and analytical assets
- Act as project leader for development and delivery of analytical solutions such as quantitative analysis, model deployment and custom analytics
- Co-develop and execute plans with sales partners to enable revenue growth
- Provide analytical consulting and develop client-facing proposals and presentations
- Engage internal stakeholders to enable successful deployment and integration of solutions
- Consult with clients on maximizing profit through optimization of data, models and analytics
- Present at customer and industry forums to elevate Equifax brand
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study or closely related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business development, and/or statistical R&D
- Experience with business growth strategies, credit risk scoring and data, consumer lifecycle management, credit risk strategy development, marketing analytics
- Experience working at or with brokerages/wealth management companies and/or strategic financial institutions
- Proven ability to synthesize in-depth analyses that leverage data from a Credit Bureau or other third party data provider into client presentations
- MBA or Graduate degree (preferred)
- Experience using SAS/R/Python or other industry standard statistical software
