• Drive 30% month-over-month growth, manage sales pipeline, and own revenue targets
• Shape core processes and scale solution used by tens of thousands of teachers serving over half a million students
• Sales responsibilities: drive inbound leads to close, execute bottom-up and top-down strategies, schedule and lead demos, create marketing & sales assets, manage CRM, hit quarterly revenue targets
• Customer Success responsibilities: drive renewals and pricing reviews, cross-sell and expand accounts, build referral programs, increase adoption through onboarding and training, collect feedback for product development
• Compensation: US$35k base + uncapped commission + potential future equity
