Performance Marketing

• Manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads (with agency support)
• Carry out keyword research, write ad copy, and optimise campaigns for ROI
• Help manage and grow affiliate partnerships
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations
• Work with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and use A/B testing to keep campaigns competitive
• Be hands-on with campaigns to keep them optimised, cost-efficient, and driving converting traffic
• Work closely with agency partners and affiliates to maintain performance
• Support the marketing team to hit overall lead generation targets and meet ROAS/CPA metrics
