About the role
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team focused on planning and executing Epicor Propello application and solution projects
- Develop and understand team member skills, encouraging growth and professional development
- Collaborate with Propello management to continuously improve implementation processes and planning
- Review team utilization, project status, and budgets, and prepare status reports for leadership
- Act as an escalation point for projects, coordinating with support, product management, and development teams as needed
Requirements
- PMP Certification
- 7+ years of specialized or industry experience with progressive responsibility
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing employees preferred
- 2+ years of product support or consulting experience preferred
- High school diploma required
