About the role
- Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers using outbound strategies, referrals, and inbound leads
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution
- Drive market expansion and build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies
- Position Envoy Global’s immigration solutions to address customer needs and pain points
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and product to optimize the customer experience
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and provide regular reports and forecasts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility
- Proven track record of closing deals in the mid-market segment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong consultative selling skills, negotiation, and communication
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- Annual Base Salary $60,000-$80,000
- Commission OTE of $90,000
- Remote positions (Work from Home)
