Cloud Engineer

• Monitor our security dashboards, triage findings, and plan and implement remediation steps end to end

• Conduct UX and employee experience research related to Service Desk and support channels
• Analyze user journeys, touchpoints, and interactions across Service Desk processes
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability tests)
• Create and maintain personas to represent different Service Desk user groups
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, DEM Tool SMEs, and Experience Managers to triangulate insights
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for Service Desk improvement

UX Servicedesk

Architect

• Design and own the ESM tool architecture based on ServiceNow best practices
• Define target architecture, solution blueprints, and integration patterns for ESM
• Lead the implementation and evolution of ServiceNow modules supporting ESM (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM)
• Ensure governance, platform standards, and instance health across ESM tools
• Define and maintain the ESM roadmap aligned with business and service management objectives
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g. monitoring, ERP, CRM)
• Support automation, workflow optimization, and self service enablement
• Collaborate with delivery, platform, and process stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment

• Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and create tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in and active participation in change initiatives.
• Develop clear and effective communication plans and training programs to disseminate information about changes, address concerns, and equip employees and leaders with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the evolving work environment.
• Proactively identify and address resistance to change by implementing mitigation strategies and fostering a supportive environment for employees adjusting to new processes and technologies.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives. Regularly assess progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Work closely with UX researcher to interpret user feedback and design workshops, focus groups, communication and other tactics to gather insights form users.
• Align change strategies with the organization's broader sustainability objectives, ensuring that new initiatives support long-term environmental goals.
• Track the sustainability outcomes of change initiatives and adjusting as necessary to improve environmental performance.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

Adoption Change Manager

• Work closely with HR Business Partners and supporting them in measuring and analyzing employee satisfaction at work and its impact on technology.
• Use existing employee feedback initiatives to review results and analyze root causes together with Data Scientist.
• Conduct User Research: Plan and carry out qualitative and quantitative research studies, such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field observations.
• Analyze User Feedback: Examine data from support tickets, feedback channels, and user forums to identify common pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop Personas: Create detailed user personas based on research to help the team understand and cater to different user segments.
• Plan and conduct employee research to receive qualitative or quantitative data or/and to find explanations for the Data Analysts analysis findings.
• Create presentations to show the results.
• Update status of ideas and analysis in the Experience Management Tracker.
• Reports progress, issues, and risks to Account Manager.
