About the role
- Serve as the Product Manager, Designer & Developer in building AI-powered tools to streamline workflows for teams and partners
- Develop custom software: build AI-powered micro-SaaS tools and intelligent applications to solve specific challenges across Ema
- Leverage modern AI tooling: utilize latest AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable) and LLM frameworks to rapidly prototype, build, and deploy solutions
- Opportunity discovery: uncover problem statements for AI-driven automation across processes and architect AI agents to automate the work
- Deliver impact: leverage cutting-edge agentic workflow platforms — including Ema platform — to deliver value
- Act as a hybrid of product manager, strategic thinker & engineer to identify and solve problem statements
- Foundational member of the CTO’s Office team to reimagine and implement the future of work
Requirements

- AI-Curious & Rapid Learner: Fascinated by the latest developments in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems; willing to pick up new tools rapidly
- Product-Minded: Keen sense for user experience; build tools that are functional, intuitive, and delightful for internal customers
- Bonus: Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Bonus: Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
