Requirements
- Extensive experience in AI strategy, governance, or product/project leadership
- Proven track record of delivering ambitious ideas into real-world results
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies, data pipelines, and model lifecycles
- Ability to translate technical insights into business value across diverse teams and markets
- Regulatory expertise (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, risk frameworks)
- Experience in international, cross-functional environments collaborating with business, legal, and technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration, curiosity, and future-focused mindset
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and momentum
