About the role

  • Drive top-of-funnel sales pipeline development by converting targeted leads into sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Target and qualify potential SQLs via direct targeted marketing strategies
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, email cadences, and LinkedIn messenger
  • Present company to potential clients and assess lead pain points to align solutions
  • Conduct sales fit assessments and qualify leads for introduction meetings with Director of Business Development
  • Build targeted contact lists for outreach using market intelligence platforms when a Target Account is identified
  • Research market trends and new Envera Health products/services
  • Support sales operations with tech stack administration and data management

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative
  • Highly motivated by compensation/commission
  • Experience with HubSpot required
  • Experience in healthcare services preferred
  • Self starter mentality; driven to achieve and outperform sales goals
  • Personable and high energy individual
  • Excellent communication, follow up and documentation skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience with Sales engagement platforms a plus (e.g., 6sense, Definitive Healthcare)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field/major a plus
  • Experience selling into healthcare systems and large physician practices
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States (will you require sponsorship?)
