Perform client-site servicing activities required by First Line Supplies Management (FLSM) Service Solution contracts
Respond to routed and scheduled calls to service customer locations
Removal and secure destruction of spent material using custom ribbon/foil destruction tool
Replacement of system supplies and consumables
Perform the documented preventative maintenance (PM) process
Perform systems tests to assure quality output
Maintains and manages required inventory of parts and supplies
Reports activity in a timely manner
Requests and escalates for immediate support from manager in case difficulties arise
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Technical and or mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift to 70 lbs. and spend the majority of the shift including but not limited to driving, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, walking, etc.
Valid and active drivers licence, and insurability
