About the role
- Provide professional line support to the worldwide field service team
- Provide technical assistance to local support teams during escalations
- Develop and test troubleshooting techniques
- Provide recommendations for cost reductions based on field experiences
- Lead organization towards increased use of remote diagnostics
Requirements
- Master in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or first engineering experience
- Young professional with potential looking for a global engineering role
- Interested in troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Ability to transfer knowledge and train others
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and electromechanical control systems
- Accurate in managing technical documentation setup
- Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Superior customer focus and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, any other language is an asset
- Willingness to travel anywhere in the world as needed
