About the role
- Focus on resolving customer’s issues to their complete satisfaction.
- Resolve the problems both remotely and in the field to the customers delight.
- Delivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possible.
- Adds knowledge articles to the Service knowledge management system.
- Establish good communications and relationships with customers.
- Timely and effective repair of customer equipment.
- Ensure data integrity in call reporting and other administrative requirements.
- Diagnose/repair equipment according to established processes.
Requirements
- Electronic engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
- English Language > 80%.
- Minimum one year of experience.
- Living in Monterrey NL.
- Título y Cédulas vigentes.
