• The Senior Event Manager serves as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, owning the planning and delivery of executive meetings while ensuring flawless execution, proactive communication, and alignment with the client’s business objectives.
• Work as part of a dedicated team of 4–5 event professionals.
• Assume full ownership and accountability for the planning and execution of client-dedicated executive meetings and events.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders maintaining clear, concise, and executive-ready communication.
• Lead and execute executive meetings desk operations, managing complex, confidential, and detail-driven programs.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of 4–5 event professionals, supporting team execution and ensuring seamless coverage across programs.
• Proactively identify risks, anticipate needs, and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage event budgets, invoicing, schedules of payments, and cost-savings reporting with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.

Senior Event Manager – Client Dedicated

• Own overall day-to-day relationship with assigned clients for all event technology product technical requirements
• Build events in assigned vendor platforms
• Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
• Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities during the sales cycle
• Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
• Program manage account escalations
• Participation contributing to team meetings; providing client updates on development and production problems.
