Event Technology Lead
Enterprise Events GroupEvent Technology Lead managing client relationships and event technology solutions for corporate events. Building events in Cvent and advocating customer needs for technology solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own overall day-to-day relationship with assigned clients for all event technology product technical requirements
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
- Build events in assigned vendor platforms
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities during the sales cycle
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Participate in team meetings; providing client updates on development and production problems
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years building corporate events websites in Cvent, incentives, SKOs and User Conferences
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Certified in Cvent
- Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
- Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus
