About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own overall day-to-day relationship with assigned clients for all event technology product technical requirements
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
  • Build events in assigned vendor platforms
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities during the sales cycle
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
  • Participate in team meetings; providing client updates on development and production problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years building corporate events websites in Cvent, incentives, SKOs and User Conferences
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certified in Cvent
  • Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
  • Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus
