Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, develop, and execute sponsorship programs from start to finish
Serve as the primary sponsor manager for a specific program or event
Create and develop customized sponsorship packages on behalf of clients
Ensure the fulfillment of all sponsorship needs, including managing logistics and deliverables
Oversee sponsor invoicing, payments, and financial tracking
Manage sponsor programs on-site, including travel to event locations
Conduct final billing reviews with clients as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience
Knowledge of tradeshow industry
Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background
Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications
