About the role
- Report directly to the Head of Product and bridge high-level product vision with day-to-day delivery.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that drive EnrollHere client experience based on key metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, design, QA, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
- Define and evolve product vision and roadmap for areas of ownership, ensuring alignment with user needs and organization goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritize product features, maintain the product backlog in Linear, and make informed decisions around product development.
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Monitor and measure product performance and feature adoption using data-driven insights and contribute to internal standards and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 of those years in a role at an established software technology company.
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch and iterating based on data.
- Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering on computer science concepts, systems, APIs, and architecture.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies and a dedication to following them.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
