About the role
- Preparation of payroll input information for outsourced payroll service provider
- Processing of employee expense claims & credit cards
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of P11D’s
- Meeting with HR to ensure all relevant data requirements are met for payroll processing
- Resolving payroll issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manner
- Report to Payroll Lead and work as part of the wider Finance team
- Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) based in Aberdeen, on-site
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hands on payroll coordinator/administration role
- Experience in high volume payroll environments (e.g. 1000+ employees)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
