VP – Product Management

Solutions Engineer

• Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of DER partners.
• Manage partner-related work streams using project management software; proactively identify and resolve technical or operational performance issues and escalate key items to the senior business development team.
• Coordinate with EnergyHub’s Client Success, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure that each partner is meeting the business and technical objectives of EnergyHub and its clients.
• Identify potential new DER partners and onboard those partners onto our software platform and partner management ecosystem, including negotiating pricing and contract terms with new partners, operational onboarding, and technical integration.
• Advocate with partners on behalf of EnergyHub and our utility clients for product and business process improvements, and re-negotiate contract terms as necessary.
• Assist the accounting team in managing the monthly partner invoicing process.
• Support the Sales team by providing pre-sales technical and business consultation regarding partner capabilities.
• Research market opportunities and leading industry vendors to help identify potential new partners in our ecosystem, and help develop the business case for integrating those partners’ devices with our platform.
• Develop relationships with new potential partners via networking and attendance at industry events.
• Willing to travel periodically.

Partner Solutions Manager

• You'll own one of the following projects end-to-end, with mentorship and support from the Solutions Engineering team:
• Map our current contracting process from start to finish, identifying stakeholders, dependencies, and critical-path bottlenecks
• Design and configure a project management process to track and manage our contracts portfolio across the team
• Develop project plan templates, tracking dashboards, and visibility tools that eliminate the need for a purpose-built coordination role
• Drive measurable improvements in cycle time, visibility, and cross-functional efficiency
• Collaborate with and receive mentorship from solutions engineers
• Work in an agile environment, deepening your understanding of how to translate cross-functional needs into excellent processes and tools
• Present your work and recommendations to commercial leadership at the end of the internship

Program Manager

• Manage platform integrations with utility clients and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery of a portfolio of integration projects, including requirements discovery, scoping, project planning, project management, testing, and launch to production
• Champion the value of EnergyHub’s platform APIs and integrations (e.g. OpenADR) by conveying key use cases, benefits, and the overall integration process
• Provision access to API docs, sandbox environments, testing procedures to ensure full understanding of the integration process
• Develop repeatable playbooks for integrations of platform systems such as Customer Information Systems, Grid DERMS, and OpanADR dispatches
• Work with internal stakeholders like Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure that clients / partners understand the critical path and are kept on track

Utility Integration Program Manager

Account Executive

• Sell the company’s Edge DERMS software and services to utilities
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and prospects
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, communicating progress and results while moving opportunities forward
• Provide utility prospects with business cases that support the value of EnergyHub’s offerings
• Develop compelling proposals, including narratives and pricing, that position EnergyHub for success in utility RFP processes
• Work closely with utilities to understand current and future market needs and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales, product and marketing teams to ensure that EnergyHub is building the right products and delivering the right messages to the market
• Represent EnergyHub at conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Sales Executive

Product Marketing

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on the needs, challenges, and decision-making processes of utilities building and managing VPPs through load flexibility programs.
• Support commercial-facing product launches, coordinating cross-functional readiness and delivering clear guidance on what’s new, why it matters, and how to talk about it
• Support creating upsell and expansion pathways across EnergyHub’s solutions so commercial teams know where each product fits and when to position additional capabilities
• Translate market insights into actionable guidance for internal teams
• Build and maintain clear, consistent enablement materials that help commercial teams understand how EnergyHub’s solutions address utility needs
• Work with PMMs to deliver training that makes complex concepts accessible
• Create and manage a library of sales and partner enablement materials (pitch decks, talking points, FAQs, case studies, proof points, etc.) that accurately reflect product capabilities, audience needs, and market context
• Ensure internal teams stay up to date on market trends, competitive dynamics, and EnergyHub’s evolving capabilities
