About the role

  • Sell Denovo’s Oracle Cloud solutions and consulting services directly into commercial accounts
  • Strategically align with Oracle Channels and co-selling with their sales team
  • Maximize and expand Oracle network across Commercial sales and solution engineering teams highlighting Denovo’s team, capabilities, and tools.
  • Identify leads via targeted account lists, campaigns, networking, events and/or other sources.
  • Maximize professional network through trusted advisor and Executive relationships built by offering Denovo services to said network.
  • Convert leads into qualified pipeline.
  • Understand industry trends and client needs, develop & deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Effectively lead a strategic and complex sales process
  • Work to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration directly or via the Oracle partner ecosystem.
  • Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborate with team members in Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery to uncover customer needs.
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of the Denovo value proposition.
  • Give engaging customer presentations to all levels of leadership, including C-level.
  • Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business or related field. Graduate degree, preferred.
  • 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Applications consulting services sales experience, with a focus on new account acquisition is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling cloud managed services, or similar solutions tied to enterprise application management and hosting a plus.
  • Professional certification as appropriate.
  • Excellent service-driven customer-focused skills.
  • Proven ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Requires thorough understanding of consultative sales, and the ability to build key relationships to become a trusted advisor to understand and solve customer problems.
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives.
  • Must have high ethical standards and integrity, coupled with a desire to participate in growing our sales and support organization.
  • Must be able to manage a complex sales cycles and navigate the procurement organizations and processes.
