Customer Success Manager

• Act as the primary advocate for customers, guiding them along a simulation software journey
• Help engage, retain, enable, and grow Energy Exemplar’s top tier customers
• Responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of a portfolio of customers
• Aid customers in deriving maximum value from their investments using EE technologies
• Identify renewal risk and direct efforts to mitigate customer risk
• Build strategic customer relationships alongside Account Executive
• Regular communication with customers to inform on various matters
• Coordinate executive-level success reviews with internal leadership
• Ensure smooth renewals through proactive customer engagement
