The People Operations & Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience across Canada and the UK.
With a strong focus on onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle support and office operations, this hybrid role ensures that every employee journey - from Day 1 to departure - is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned with The EH Way.
You’ll lead the delivery of the EH Way onboarding program for new hires, support smooth offboarding processes, and manage clear, supportive transitions for employees taking or returning from all leave types.
In addition, you’ll provide timely support through Admin Tickets, maintain accuracy across HR systems, and uphold compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
Beyond lifecycle support, you’ll play a key role in other People Operations functions, including benefits administration, payroll support, managing all Toronto HQ office logistics, and system workflows.
You’ll help coordinate recognition and quarterly social initiatives, respond to employee queries, and contribute to the processes that keep the People team running effectively.
Working closely with the People Operations & Experience Lead, you’ll not only deliver a first-class employee experience but also continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows, embed self-service tools, and integrate AI where it makes sense. This is a hands-on role that demands operational confidence, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for people and culture.
Requirements

You're highly organised and process-driven, with the ability to manage complex operational workflows such as offboarding, payroll support, ROEs, and benefits administration.
You're detail-oriented and systems-savvy, with experience maintaining accuracy across HR platforms and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
You leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Performance Operations and office workflows.
You have strong written and verbal communicator; ensures clarity and consistency across internal updates and communications.
You are passionate about creating exceptional employee and workplace experiences that reflect The EH Way.
