About the role
- Manage post-launch operations for health plan partners including data transfers and reporting
- Cultivate and manage relationships with operational leads at health plan partners
- Coordinate efforts with Sales and Implementation teams for strategic accounts and hand-offs
- Develop documentation for key processes and align stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to improve win rates for direct employer opportunities
- Project manage ongoing operations and communicate updates internally and externally
- Lead efforts to refine workflows and create scalable solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a partnership's operations or account management role in healthcare
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across multiple levels
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree required
