• Lead on-site installation, styling, and final layout for residential projects including model homes, rental units, and amenity spaces
• Style furniture, soft goods, artwork, décor, and accessories to align with approved design intent and brand standards
• Direct installation teams on placement, adjustments, and styling order of operations
• Make real-time design decisions when plans need to be adjusted due to site conditions
• Conduct client walkthroughs and present completed spaces
• Clearly communicate design decisions and styling intent
• Gather feedback and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Inspect all spaces for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Identify deficiencies, damages, or missing items
• Develop solutions for on-site challenges such as substitutions, layout adjustments, or sourcing alternatives
• Partner with warehouse and procurement teams to resolve outstanding items
• Work closely with the Design Production team to understand plans, specifications, and stylistic goals
• Collaborate with Install Leads and Drivers to ensure efficient installation flow
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers regarding timelines, risks, and site conditions
• Provide detailed post-install reports including photos of completed spaces, punch list items, substitutions or adjustments, inventory needs, and client feedback
• Maintain on-site checklists and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time

Stylist

Account Executive

• Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities within homebuilding, hospitality, student housing, and active adult communities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, and key decision-makers
• Present design concepts, portfolios, and service offerings to prospective clients
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
• Track opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to expand market presence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
• Meet or exceed individual and company revenue goals

Procurement

• Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and project schedules
• Monitor order status, track shipments, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Proactively resolve delays, backorders, and supply issues to minimize project disruptions
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align purchasing activities with project timelines
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, damages, and product quality
• Support inventory accuracy and control initiatives to maintain operational efficiency
• Partner with Project Managers and Designers to ensure purchases align with approved project budgets
• Track and monitor purchasing costs to support financial accuracy and reporting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and design intent
• Maintain accurate purchasing records within ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
• Generate and maintain reports related to purchasing activity, vendor performance, and cost tracking
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with suppliers of furniture, accessories, and décor
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to ensure the best value and service
• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to ensure performance standards and delivery expectations are met.

• Support the development of quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product specifications
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as a point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle
