Drive consistent, systematic skills-based assessments to predict future job performance and increase talent density.
Leverage talent data to improve decision-making, hiring efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
Strong Talent Advisory skills, proven track record in leading GTM hiring at scale across global markets.
Good Talent Sourcing skills to identify, attract, engage, and pre-qualify commercial talent across seniority levels, with understanding of global GTM labor markets.
Good Talent Assessment skills to apply systemic, skills-based evaluation methods that reliably predict future job performance.
Clear and proactive communication skills to build trust with hiring teams and keep processes aligned and on track.
Good Talent Intelligence skills to systematically gather, analyze, and apply talent data within and outside the organization.
Solid Talent Operations skills to leverage technology to improve hiring process efficiency and experience.
Willingness/ability to be based in-person in Berlin or remotely from Germany, Spain, or the UK.
