About the role

  • Prepare and maintain engineering plans and schedules
  • Design, simulate, and test renewable power control applications for solar, battery, and wind generation assets
  • Process electronic databases with industry standard communication protocols and hardwired I/O signals
  • Support customer Factory Acceptance Tests
  • Support site commissioning and Site Acceptance Tests
  • Initiate requisitions for project purchases and manage subcontractors
  • Manage the design, test, and shipment(s) of project hardware
  • Provide suggestions for improvements of products or processes
  • Manage time effectively to meet schedule/commitments
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Monitor project financial performance
  • You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks; you create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives; you establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, technical field, or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ of control system applications or SCADA experience
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% domestically
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
