About the role
- Report to the IPM Team Leader and follow entire order management process from quotation to shipment finalization
- Ensure accurate order entry for assigned projects and on-time delivery according to customer requirements
- Analyze final quotes, close technical gaps before order entry, and calculate impacts for change orders
- Manage plant lead times, place sub-orders, and expedite sub-suppliers via Supply Chain office
- Conduct internal Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), produce meeting minutes, and follow up on actions and key dates
- Participate in customer KOMs, handle customer comments on documentation, and lead customer change orders including cost/time impact and transfer pricing
- Support PMO/Sales in handling customer expectations during execution
- Supervise plant execution across supply chain, production (machining, assembly & testing), packing and shipping
- Ensure Quality procedures, drive witness inspections, and close NC/Punch lists timely
- Provide regular progress reports to PM, detect deviations, and take corrective actions to recover delays
- Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Supply, Engineering, Quality, Shipping and Suppliers for production-related audits and timelines
- Conduct Pre-Inspection Meetings and provide information for corporate project planning
- Identify risks associated with project execution and undertake mitigation/recovery actions
- Take initiative to aid order shipments to meet POR targets and support margin growth strategy
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Proficient in English
- At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
- Ability to understand technical details
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results oriented and ability to work independently
- Decision making and problem-solving attitude
- Preferred: Knowledge of MRP system
- Preferred: Experience in project management
