Report to the IPM Team Leader and follow entire order management process from quotation to shipment finalization
Ensure accurate order entry for assigned projects and on-time delivery according to customer requirements
Analyze final quotes, close technical gaps before order entry, and calculate impacts for change orders
Manage plant lead times, place sub-orders, and expedite sub-suppliers via Supply Chain office
Conduct internal Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), produce meeting minutes, and follow up on actions and key dates
Participate in customer KOMs, handle customer comments on documentation, and lead customer change orders including cost/time impact and transfer pricing
Support PMO/Sales in handling customer expectations during execution
Supervise plant execution across supply chain, production (machining, assembly & testing), packing and shipping
Ensure Quality procedures, drive witness inspections, and close NC/Punch lists timely
Provide regular progress reports to PM, detect deviations, and take corrective actions to recover delays
Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Supply, Engineering, Quality, Shipping and Suppliers for production-related audits and timelines
Conduct Pre-Inspection Meetings and provide information for corporate project planning
Identify risks associated with project execution and undertake mitigation/recovery actions
Take initiative to aid order shipments to meet POR targets and support margin growth strategy
Requirements
Technical degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
Proficient in English
At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
Ability to understand technical details
Excellent knowledge of the Office Package (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results oriented and ability to work independently
