About the role
- Research various Intrinsically Safe Circuit protection concepts
- Breakdown, test, and study different mechanical and electrical concepts of various products comparing the pros and cons of the different designs
- Perform circuit and design analysis and present on how it impacts the safety of the device in a hazardous environment
- Conduct Circuit Analysis
- Product Quality and Design Analysis
- Hazardous Location Certification Testing
- Project Findings and Reports
- Various Team Building Exercises
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School (students of any class status will be considered)
- Zero (0) years of related experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred)
- Prior internship experience (preferred)
