Requirements
Must be physically located and working in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona
Commit to full-time 40 hours/week between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM Pacific Time with one weekend day
At least 1 year of experience as a Client Account Manager or similar client-facing/account management role
Empathetic with outstanding speaking and listening skills
Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and account activity
Multi-tasker able to prioritize customer accounts and manage multiple projects
Discreet and able to keep company and customer information confidential
Reliable and able to regularly commit to scheduled shifts
Able to work at a computer for entire scheduled shift
Camera-ready for Teleport meetings while clocked in
Able to possibly work evening hours and weekend days
Complete an 8-week Learning and Development Phase and spend 150 minutes/week on AdaptiveU
Must pass background check
