Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering computer science, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem-solving methods
- A problem-solver’s mindset, with the ability to analyze information and think creatively to find solutions
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Excitement to contribute, grow, and make an impact early in your career
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: Co-Op or internship experience in a technical environment
- Preferred: Hands-on exposure to control systems, simulation tools, or other industry-related technologies
- Preferred: Comfort presenting ideas to different audiences
