About the role

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance metrics.
  • Category Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize product and pricing assortments that maximize profitability.
  • Internship project to include: Operate in a global teaming model; Supporting current products and launching new products in a diverse product portfolio; Actively participate in optimizing pricing and channel strategy by region to compete globally.

  • Hours: Co-ops and Interns are expected to work a full 40-hour work week.
  • Feedback and Performance Reviews: As a co-op or intern, you will receive feedback and performance reviews throughout your assignment.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience: Previous internship or relevant experience in retail, marketing, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for category management.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately, without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
