About the role

  • Lead the business strategy for the Life Cycle Services business
  • Own the P&L and drive growth toward a ~$250M target
  • Deploy a global digital service platform to enhance customer responsiveness and engagement and leverage AI insights to monetize the installed base
  • Champion a safety-first culture with 100% job safety alignment and zero recordable incidents
  • Optimize the global service footprint across 10+ centers to improve responsiveness, repair, and calibration capabilities
  • Build specialized capabilities in annual recurring revenue service contracts and solution-as-a-service models
  • Launch digital engagement tools enabling <24-hour quote turnaround and seamless RMAs
  • Drive competitive displacement revenue through strategic service positioning and off-the-shelf fulfillment
  • Expand recurring revenue portfolio through reliability and managed services
  • Oversee establishment of new service centers in Doha, Talegaon, Singapore, and Brazil
  • Standardize global RMA processes and inventory systems
  • Target the Offshore Floating Production market for annual contract potential
  • Deploy new software capabilities to scale service agreements and ARR tracking
  • Oversee lifecycle services across global operations, coordinating service centers and contract management functions to deliver consistent, high-quality support and value worldwide

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering
  • MBA preferred
  • 12+ years in industrial services, including 7+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven P&L management of $100M+ service businesses
  • Experience leading digital transformation in field service operations
  • Global leadership across matrixed organizations
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Expertise in measurement instrumentation or process automation (preferred)
  • Experience transitioning to outcome-based service models (preferred)
  • M&A integration and harmonization of service operations (preferred)
  • Strong customer engagement in petrochemicals, oil & gas, or utilities (preferred)
  • Strong background in lifecycle services across the automation sector (preferred)
  • Experience overseeing P&L operations in service-based businesses (preferred)
  • Oversight of lifecycle service activities spanning global operations, service center functions, and contract management (preferred)
