About the role
- Support leadership by delivering projects related to Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation
- Analyze various data sources (competitive intelligence, internal financials, secondary research)
- Synthesize data in a clear and actionable way and drive projects through to impact
- Frame strategic options and develop recommendations grounded in strategic analysis
- Collaborate on initiatives, develop roadmaps, and create and refine business cases
- Monitor implementation, assess progress, and escalate issues
- Support development/coordination of presentations, communications, planning materials and other strategy-related documents
- Maintain and grow cross-functional relationships, particularly at the leadership level
- Work with leadership to ensure alignment among Enterprise Pharmacy, corporate, and cross-functional priorities
Requirements
- 3 years strategic consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm OR Bachelor degree / Master’s Degree / MBA and 7 years of relevant strategic experience
- Knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight
- Experience managing complex projects with some oversight
- Ability to build strong connections with people and teams and work directly with leadership with some oversight
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels
- Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities
